Warranty Claim Procedure
​In case of a repair or replacement for a product under warranty.
The warranty begins on the date of purchase by the consumer. All warranty claims must be approved by an authorized Moov Pool Products employee. Here is the information that Moov wishes to receive in such a situation:

1. Photo of the product label
2. Invoice copy
3. Raised problem or error code (video if possible)
4. Customer contact details (name, phone number, email address, home address) if Moov has to deal directly with the end-user

If Moov decides the proceed with the repair, required parts or product will be sent to the technician/store at no charge.
