2. Eligibility and User Accounts

4. Pricing and Payment

Ensure safe working conditions (no standing water hazards, proper electrical access, etc.).

Provide any necessary pool equipment keys, gate codes, or alarms.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

No guarantee is provided regarding specific outcomes such as exact algae elimination, water clarity timelines, or prevention of future issues, as these depend on environmental factors, pool usage, and maintenance by the owner.

All warranties are limited to the specific terms stated in your service invoice or contract. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects in equipment, or damage caused by third parties, pool users, or acts of nature (storms, freezing, etc.).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of use, data, profits, or property damage) arising out of or related to the Services or the Site.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, and software) is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.
